My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to the Haywood Mall and just a short distance from Charlotte Airport. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed. The service was excellent, especially the quick housekeeping and laundry service. The dining experience, with made-to-order sandwiches, was a highlight. However, the facilities could use a bit of improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.
